Thought for the Day
No matter what has been going on around me, I’ve never regretted a moment I’ve stepped on the mat. Even if I had to drag myself to class that day, afterward I am always glad that I did because it makes me feel better. I hope that I can help everyone that comes to Heroes Martial Arts feel the same way. -Gumby
