New Youth Schedule!
Our kids classing have been growing, and our kids have developing quickly. To accommodate the needs of our younger students we are proud to offer three separate programs for young children (ages 4-6), kids ages 7-12, and a Teens Class (13+)
All of our youth programs are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu based and enforce the practical techniques of the world’s most successful martial art, with the core values of the martial way. Children will learn to defend themselves and build their self esteem in a fun environment. At the same time there will be opportunities as the student develops for exploring the competitive and sport aspects of Jiu Jitsu.
Young Heroes (Ages 4-6)
This is our introduction to Jiu Jitsu for our youngest students. Martial Arts values and basic Jiu Jitsu fundamentals will be introduced in a fun environment, with emphasis on games and fitness.
The Young Heroes Class is taught by Sean Whitmore and is scheduled for Fridays at 3:30 and Saturdays at 9:00 AM
Youth (Ages 7-12)
The youth class introduces children into a full Jiu Jitsu curriculum. In a fun and safe environment children will learn the Fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu and the Martial Way. Children will learn techniques and drill with both the instructor and fellow students. As students advance they will gradually be introduced into more competitive situations. The core emphasis remains on the Jiu Jitsu ways and values.
The Youth Class is taught by Mike Strangis and is scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 5:00 PM
Teens (Ages 13-17)
The Teens Class is for teens and incorporates the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu and the martial way in a more competitive environment. Classes will be structured in similar fashion to the adult classes, with exercises, drills and sparring while allowing teens to work within their peer group.
The Teens Class is taught by Mike Strangis and is scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 4:00 PM

"Very good school. Excellent facilities, lots of clean mats, as well as a shower, and morning and noon classes that actually have good turnouts. Everyone here is very friendly, and didn't give me the business even though i came from a different school. Only complaint would be less than great parking since it is downtown, but this is very minor. Very technical instructor also, who knows the details " - Read more testimonials »
