Modified Scheduled for US Open

Schedule Change

Due to the US Open happening this weekend (Oct 15-17) and the large amount of competitors attending from our school, Heroes will have a modified schedule this week only.

Thursday
7:00 AM – 8:00 AM BJJ

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Fundamentals of BJJ
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM BJJ Intermediate
(Canada will covering class.  Gumby will be in Santa Cruz at the rules seminar).

Friday
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM BJJ

US Open Open division Blue belt 2:00 PM

6:00 PM BJJ (Machine)

Saturday
10:00 AM -11:30 AM BJJ
(Canada will cover class)

Come out to Santa Cruz to support your teammates!  There are over 30 Heroes comepting this weekend!
