Latest happening from and around Heroes Martial Arts…
They say probably the toughest leap within Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the transition between blue and purple belt. George Tan is definitely tough, and he displays the best qualities and skills we aspire to at Heroes Martial Arts, so today George has graduated to the Purple Belt (Faxia Roxa in Portuguese if you prefer).
Congrats George! We’re all looking forward to seeing what you accomplish on the mat next and look forward to your continued leadership!

"“I haven’t been to this new location yet, but I plan to in the near future. The head instructor, Alan “Gumby” Marques, is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Ralph Gracie. Gumby is very well known in the Jiu Jitsu community and has more than 12 years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu experience and great technical skill. He’s also very down to earth and friendly. I would highly recommend this academy to anyone in the area.” " - Read more testimonials »
