Family Day Schedule!

Family Day is a FREE event at Heroes Martial Arts to introduce the Grappling Martial Arts to the entire family!

The event is free and open to all!

10:00AM – 11:00AM  Parents/Children Intro to Heroes!

An introduction to the Martial Arts for the whole family!  Exercises and drills parents can practice with their children!

11:00AM – 12:00 PM  Self Defense

Introduction to Self Defense

Basic self defense awareness and drills.  A few simple drills and techniques for self defense and safety!

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM  Introduction to Judo

Shozo Fukuda explains what Judo is, shows a few basics and offers demonstrations!

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM  Introduction to BJJ

A great chance to show your family and friends what Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is all about!  Gumby will lead the class in a modified first day lesson!

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Open Mat

Try out your new techniques, test out your new skills, make new friends!

On January 30th, Heroes will be hosting Family day at the Academy. An opportunity to bring your friends, family, significant others and children and introduce them to Heroes Martial Arts!

We will have open mats and demos to both introduce the arts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Wrestling and we will introduce techniques and drills that the entire family can participate in and appreciate!

Fitness, self defense and fun will be our focus!

Demos and a chance for everyone to participate in all our programs, including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Wrestling! Children’s class and Women classes as well. In addition get a preview of our fitness programs!

For current Heroes Martial Arts members, we will be having our class picture this day! A large academy group shot with all of our students on the mat!

In addition, we will have a diner/get together immediately following the event. Details coming soon.
