"I started at Heroes about two months ago and it is awesome.  Everyone there is very friendly; it’s like a big family over there.  The academy offers tons of resources for the MMA fan.  There are judo, jiu-jitsu (gi), no gi, wrestling, and competition classes.  The instructors are top notch and are always there.  I have trained at some places where the black belt instructor puts a blue or purple in charge, not here.  This place has Gumby (Alan) teaching every gi class there.  The flexibility of the place is awesome as well:  classes as early as 7AM and classes running until 9PM.  I love this place and will be here for a very long time.   "
