"Facility: Very nice and perfect for grappling, as the mats are new and the entire facility is nice. Instructors:  I've been going to the BJJ classes, and enjoy the instruction and the techniques given.  The formatting of the class is great. Price: By far you get a lot of value as the prices are reasonable , and the only place i know of in the Bay Area where you can pay on a "month to month" basis without having to commit to a yearlong contract. Great place to train!!   "
