Starting this week we are resetting and working on the Fundamentals. That means starting for the first class this week and until we get them done we are marching through the list in order. If you’ve missed a class and want to review something now is the perfect time to do so. From July 6th to July 17th here is the schedule:

This week for the regular classes we are doubling up on the mat time. This means we will start and end the class with sparring! In the middle we will work on techniques and strategy and basically anything that comes up in the middle of sparring. Should be an intense, fun week!
