Which does fit since the head instructor Alan (Gumby) Marques keeps a strong focus on the pure gentile art we know as Jiu-Jitsu. Gumby is an incredibly patient instructor whose mellow demeanor offers students excellent instruction. But don’t let Gumby’s mellow demeanor fool ya he will put it on ya, he is a fierce competitor who is well respected in the BJJ world.  In short Heroes is SIC!  "
